2. User Responsibilities

2.1. Ownership of Content: By uploading videos, you confirm that you either own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to modify and use it.

2.2. You must not upload content that:

Violates intellectual property rights.
Contains offensive, illegal, or harmful material.
Infringes on the privacy or rights of others.

2.3. AI-Generated Output: You are responsible for how you use the AI-generated content. The Company disclaims liability for any misuse or third-party claims related to the content.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The App and its underlying technology, including AI models, branding, and content, are the exclusive property of the Company.

3.2. The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

3.3. You retain ownership of the videos you upload. However, you grant the Company a limited license to use the generated music videos for promotional and service improvement purposes.
