Welcome to Rap AI - Make Music Videos ("the App"), owned and operated by Mobobi Limited ("Mobobi," "we," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the App.
Some features, including Rap Feed and related social features, may be introduced gradually and may not yet appear in every version of the App. Terms specifically about Rap Feed apply only if and when you choose to use those features.
1.1. The App provides AI-assisted tools for creating and editing music videos, video podcasts, lyrics, scripts, audio, and related content.
1.2. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required in your country, to use account or social features. Additional age or regional limits may apply.
1.3. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and these Terms.
2.1. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, publish, download, or share it.
2.2. You must not create, upload, publish, or share content that:
2.3. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it.
3.1. If Rap Feed is available to you, you may be able to maintain a profile, publish content, follow or interact with other users, save content, and receive activity notifications.
3.2. Public profile and post information may be visible to other users and may be copied or shared outside the App. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
3.3. When you publish content, you grant Mobobi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make the content available as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the App. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already shared by others and limited legal, safety, backup, or technical retention.
3.4. Social features are also subject to the Community Guidelines. We may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, security, or legal compliance.
3.5. By choosing Post, you confirm that you created the video with Rap AI and have the rights to the script, images, video, voices, and audio used, and that your post complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. This confirmation is part of posting and does not require a separate checkbox.
3.6. Posting is available only for supported text-to-vocals creations. Remixes using recorded or uploaded audio are for personal use in the App and cannot be posted to Rap Feed. For eligible posts, supported Regenerate and Extend actions are available to viewers by default.
4.1. The App, branding, software, and underlying technology belong to Mobobi or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App under these Terms.
4.2. You must not reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, sell access to, or bypass security or usage controls for the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5.1. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
5.2. If you allow notifications, Rap AI may alert you about completed creations and, when Rap Feed is available to you, relevant account or social activity. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
6.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, be tested gradually, or be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, safety, or legal requirements.
6.2. To the extent permitted by law, Mobobi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party conduct, deleted or unavailable content, or decisions made solely from AI-generated output.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. Where required, we will request acceptance before enabling affected account or social actions.
